Submitting Website Feedback

The Feedback Form

People can submit anonymous feedback using the form at the bottom of our pages.

Once they select either Yes or No, they can enter a comment and submit the feedback.

Where Does It Go?

The feedback is saved so the page owner can review it, and factored in to the page's score.

Negative feedback is emailed directly to the page's owner so they can quickly take action if needed.
