What is Feedback?

People come to stlouis-mo.gov looking to get things done. We do our best to provide what people need, but sometimes what they actually want can take us by surprise. 

We encourage the public to give us feedback on each of our pages, telling us whether the information was helpful.

The form above is on all of our pages.

Feedback and Page Scores

Each of our pages has a score based on its feedback (positive vs negative). We say a page is 'helpful' if it has 80% or more positive feedback.

You can improve your page scores by fixing issues and marking feedback as 'resolved.'
