Communication Media Center

The Communications Division is home to STL TV. 

STL TV is the local government access channel for the City of St. Louis.  Viewers can see:

  • weekly Board of Aldermen meetings,
  • mayoral press conferences,
  • learn about city resources, and
  • get updates on department services.

STL TV can be seen on cable channel 992 or digital 108.10 or u-verse 99. 

The channel also streams live at stltv.net.  Programs are archived on Youtube at saintlouistv
