Show Me Success
Show Me Success is a program for incarcerated and recently incarcerated community members who are seeking resources and positive connections as they transition back into life outside of the prison system.
Program Overview
The Show Me Success program, operated by Connections to Success, engages individuals returning from state or local incarceration. The goal of the program is to prevent individuals from re-engaging in criminal activity.
The program connects individuals to various resources in addition to providing them positive relationships. The combination of these factors aids formerly incarcerated individuals in coping with the effects of trauma and systemic racism.
Show Me Success strives to strengthen a client's mental health, help narrow their future orientation, and promote family stability and economic well-being.
This program is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
