The TWheels program focuses on distribution of safe use and overdose prevention supplies to people who use drugs (with a focus on opioid use) within the St. Louis community.

Program Overview

TWheels mobile feature brings The T and its resources to 10 different communities. The program's mobile component supports the wide-range distribution of safe use, wound care, and overdose prevention supplies to people who use drugs (with a focus on opioid use, prevention and treatment). Individuals within the community can receive internal referrals, along with free transportation to The T for more focused clinical care, upon request. The program is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The program is operated by Power4STL: https://www.thetstl.com/

Program Eligibility

Services provided by TWheels are available to any person over the age of 18 who is at risk of a drug overdose.
