A Presentation and Public Hearing for the proposed Adoption of the Gravois-Jefferson Historic Neighborhoods Plan as a Neighborhood Plan will be held at the City of St. Louis Planning Commission meeting on Wednesday, May 2, 2018, 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at 1520 Market St., Suite 2000, in the Board Room.
Copies of the draft Neighborhood Plan and a document with background information on the plan’s review process are available for public review at Thomas Dunn Learning Center, 3113 Gasconade St. (at Minnesota Ave.); Five Star Senior Center, 2832 Arsenal St. (at Oregon Ave.); and City of St. Louis Planning and Urban Design Agency (PDA), 1520 Market St., Suite 2000; and online at http://www.stlouis-mo.gov/planning.
Written review comments regarding the Neighborhood Plan will be accepted until Wednesday, May 2, 2018, 5:00 p.m. Following the Presentation and Public Hearing, the Planning Commission will vote on the Adoption (approval) of the Neighborhood Plan at its Wednesday, May 2, 2018, 5:30 p.m. meeting.
