Summary
The plan was adopted as a Neighborhood Plan and a supplement to the City’s Comprehensive Plan by the Planning Commission on May 2, 2018.

The study area is generally bounded by Gravois Ave. on the north, Jefferson Ave./Broadway on the east, Meramec St. on the south, and Grand Blvd. on the west.

It includes portions of four neighborhoods -- all of Benton Park West and Gravois Park, and portions of Dutchtown and Mount Pleasant. The purpose of the plan is to guide community development efforts in the study area.

The plan was prepared by a planning team led by Rise Community Development. Other members of the planning team included Dutchtown South Community Corporation, UrbanWerks Architecture and Design, and Development Strategies.
