Summary
The City of St. Louis Planning & Urban Design Agency seeks qualified firms or teams of firms to assist in developing community stakeholder-driven neighborhood plans and land use policies to implement the plan. This Request for Proposals seeks firms to provide neighborhood planning consulting services for Planning Areas of St. Louis communities comprising approximately two (2) to three (3) neighborhoods per Planning Area.
