Responsibilities
- Maintaining the Table of Organization of the entire City of St. Louis
- Certification of the highest six (6) names on the eligible lists sent to appointing authorities for interviews
- Processing transactions affecting the status of employees (e.g., appointments, promotions, resignations, disciplinary actions, etc.)
- Administering the service rating system
- Maintenance of Citywide official personnel files
- Administering the vacation and sick leave programs
