LaToya Moore

LaToya, a St. Louis native, joins the Mayor's Office as a Receptionist with over 15 years of experience in administrative roles. Before joining the administration, LaToya worked as an Assistant Property Manager and served various roles within the Funeral Service Industry.

LaToya has developed a strong set of skills in leadership, problem resolution, and effective communication. Her keen attention to detail and innovative ideas inspire her both on and off the clock. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children, re-designing her home (or someone else’s), cooking, and eating Thai food.
