Advisory bodies formed by the Mayor's Office to provide guidance on specific issues.
Some of these councils were formed by the current mayoral administration, some by previous administrations. View each page for information about when the organization was founded and what ordinance or executive order governs its functions.
Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC)
The purpose of the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) is to ensure the fair administration of criminal and juvenile justice.
LGBTQIA+ Advisory Board
The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, and Asexual (LGBTQIA+) Advisory Board advises the Mayor, Board of Aldermen, and City Agencies about issues of concern affecting the LGBTQIA+ community.
