Provides a comprehensive approach in responding to the diverse needs of homeless individuals and families in the City of St. Louis.

Office on the Disabled
The Office on the Disabled assists the City in complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
St Louis Area Agency on Aging
Information on elderly services, transportation, food services, medicare, and other related services.
Youth and Family Services
The Youth & Family Services division administers a wide range of programs through partnerships with community based organizations and institutions.

City of St. Louis Releases 2024/25 Winter Plan Providing Shelter for the Unhoused
