Cyril D. LoumCyril D. Loum is the Executive Director of Caring Ministries Inc (CMI), which serves low-income families, immigrants, and refugees in achieving self-sufficiency and sustainable housing in St. Louis. He has been actively involved in working with the development of the St. Louis community since the beginning of 2011 after he graduated with a Political Science and Communication degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. In 2011, he served as a Federal Intern for the first district of St. Louis, and then proceeded to attain in 2014, a Masters of Arts in Legal Studies and became a certified paralegal.

Loum was born in Gambia and moved to America when he was seven years old. Also, he serves as an Adjunct Professor at St. Louis University. His focus is serving the marginalized population, by creating new innovating ideas that centers around a holistic approach in addressing their needs.
