Dissolving Special Allocation Funds for Various Tax Increment Financing Areas

Summary

This proposed Board Bill proposes repealing Ordinance No. 65280, Ordinance No. 65361, which was in part ratified in Ordinance No. 65423, Section 501, and Ordinance No. 66970, respectively dissolving the special allocation funds for 3800 Park Avenue, the Gravois Plaza, and 6175-81 Delmar redevelopment areas and respectively terminating the designation of certain portions of The City of St. Louis, Missouri, as redevelopment area because the Obligations issued related thereto were paid or matured. The Special Allocation Funds will pass through any PILOTs and EATs captured to the statutory Taxing Jurisdictions.
