Summary
This Board Bill approves the Third Amendment to the Redevelopment Agreement between the City and Carondelet Broadway TIF, Inc. The purpose of this amendment is to remove certain property from the encumbrance of the Redevelopment Agreement originally approved by Ordinance No. 69520 and previously amended by Ordinance Nos. 70183 and Ordinance No. 70498.
