Carondelet Commons Community Improvement District (the “CID”)
Summary
This board bill is being introduced to remove a certain undeveloped parcel of land from the Carondelet Commons Community Improvement District (the “CID”). The removal of this parcel from the District is being done at the request of the owner of the Parcel in connection with the proposed sale of the Parcel to a new owner that does not wish to participate in the CID. Approval of this Board Bill is part of the required procedures for removing a parcel from the boundaries of an existing community improvement district, as set forth in section 67.1441.1 of the CID Act.
