Unconditional Vacation of an East/West alley in City Block 974
Summary
The overall purpose for this bill is to unconditionally vacate the following alley. A 123.225 foot portion of the 15 foot wide east/west alley in City Block 974 as bounded by Sheridan Street, Elliott Avenue (vacated), Thomas Street and Leffingwell Avenue beginning 212.21 feet east of Leffingwell Avenue and continuing to a point previously vacated by Ordinance 61792. The Petitioner is the City of Saint Louis. The vacated area will be used to consolidate property for the construction of the new Department of Public Safety 911 Call Center.
