Prohibiting Commercial Semi-Trailer Trucks on Laclede’s Landing
Summary
The proposed bill will prohibit commercial semi-trailer trucks, also known as a semis, or tractor-trailers; prohibiting such traffic along a certain portion of Laclede’s Landing, exempting from said prohibition emergency vehicles, including privately owned tow trucks when providing emergency service to non-commercial vehicles, vehicles making deliveries to nearby addresses, and vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of less than 26,000 pounds, and containing an emergency clause.
