Sale of City Property at 4606 St. Louis Avenue
Summary
The City of St. Louis is the owner of certain real property located at 4606 Saint Louis Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri 63115 (the "Property"). The Property currently sits as a vacant lot. Carol Wade has made an offer to the City to purchase the Property from the City for the sum of One Dollars ($1.00) and the City wishes to accept her offer. Ms. Wade has maintained the property for approximately 32 years and will continue to maintain it along with the surrounding home that Carol Wade owns. The proposed Bill will have a positive impact on the community, as it will help beautify the neighborhood and surrounding areas and may be used by Carol Wade.
