Summary
The City of St. Louis is the owner of certain real property located at 3509 Cozens, St. Louis, Missouri 63106 (the "Property"). The Property currently sits as a vacant lot. Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church plans to purchase the Property from the City and maintain it along with the surrounding lots said Church owns. The proposed Bill will have a positive impact on the community, as it will help beautify the neighborhood and surround areas and may be used by said Church.
