Temporary Easement 61 Ferry Street
Summary
The City of St. Louis is the owner of certain real property located at 61 Ferry, St. Louis, Missouri 63135 (the " Real Property"). The Real Property is vacant and will be used up to four (4) years pursuant to the Temporary Construction Easement to allow equipment, workers and materials of Kokosing/Plocher, LLC to be traversed through and placed upon the Real Property for the purpose of constructing and installing The St Louis Metropolitan Sewer District Bissell Treatment Plant Fluidized Bed Incinerator project.
