Summary
The bill will establish a four-way stop site at the intersection of North Garrison Avenue and Locust Street regulating all traffic travelling north and southbound on North Garrison Avenue at the intersection of North Garrison Avenue and Locust Street and regulating all traffic travelling east and westbound on Locust Street at the intersection of Locust Street and North Garrison Avenue.
