This Board Bill authorizes the execution of a Lease Agreement between The City of St. Louis, Missouri (the “City”) and SCF Fleeting, LLC (“Lessee”) for approximately 1,600 linear feet of mooring along the Mississippi River in the Near North Riverfront under certain terms and conditions for a period of ten (10) years, at a rate of $125,000.00 for the first year and increasing by three (3) percent each year thereafter, with three (3) mutual options to extend for five (5) additional years.
