Adopted plans are plans that have been officially approved by the City's Planning Commission. There are generally four types of plans that are reviewed for adoption by the Planning Commission. These include Comprehensive Plans, Neighborhood Plans, Topical Plans and Other Plans. The procedural requirements to adopt a Comprehensive Plan, or any amendment or revision of a Comprehensive Plan, are more extensive than for the three other types of plans.

The following are plans that have been adopted by the Planning Commission. Please note that some of these plans are very long, so they've been divided up into smaller files. Hard copies of the plans may also be viewed at our office.
