Summary
The plan was adopted as a Topical Plan by the Planning Commission on July 1, 2009. The plan provides a comprehensive vision for transforming this linear park in Downtown. It also creates an overall design framework which will guide future individual proposals for the Gateway Mall, and establishes a road map for implementation and long-term management.
