Directions for Easy Access to the Office on the Disabled
For People Driving and Parking
Park either –
- on Market facing east between 14 th and Tucker or
- in the City Hall/Clark Street parking lot.
- Go (up or down) the back (west side) of City Hall to a guard shack.
- Tell the deputy marshal you are coming to Office on the Disabled.
- Clear security and then go into the tunnel to the first doors on the left.
- Go through those doors and this office is immediately on your left.
For Pedestrians Using Public Transit
Take MetroLink or a Metro Bus to the Civic Center Station/Transit
Center.
For MetroLink users walk up the sloped sidewalk to eventually get to
14th & Clark.
For Metro Bus users, go toward City Hall and get to 14th & Clark.
Cross Clark and then 14th to the parking lots.
Walk through parking lots to the back (west) side of City Hall.
Then go north (toward Market) until you see a guard shack.
Tell the deputy marshal you are coming to the Office on the Disabled.
Clear security and go into the tunnel to the first doors on the left.
Go through those doors and this office is immediately on your left.
The Office on the Disabled is located in Room 30 at City Hall in downtown Saint Louis. The accessible entrance is located at the tunnel on the west side of the building near Market Street.
Accessible metered parking can be located along Market Street between S. Tucker Boulevard and S. 14th Street. Accessible spaces are also available in the City Hall parking lot to the south of the building along Clark Avenue for a fee of $2.00 an hour.
Please take note that our office is unable to validate parking in any location.
