Summary
The City of St. Louis Street Department seeks proposals for an Automated Camera Enforcement System. In Ordinance 71821 (attached to RFP document), the City of St. Louis established an Automated Camera Traffic Enforcement and authorized installation of and contracts relating to one or more automated camera enforcement systems as defined in the ordinance. The ordinance also established standards for prosecution of violations of traffic control ordinances detected by automated camera enforcement systems.
