Summary
LCRA Revitalization Corporation II (LCRARCII) is requesting bids from qualified contractors to complete the demolition of existing buildings and construction of public improvement and site improvement work at Preservation Square Phase IV. The services to be provided through this RFB will be funded by The Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund allocated to LCRARCII and passed through via a grant from the Missouri Department of Economic Development.

LCRARCII intends to enter into a contract(s) with a General Contractor for: 1) Demolition and Site Preparation and 2) Public Infrastructure Improvements.
