Pre-Bidding:
A pre-bid meeting will be held for this project for prospective bidders on March 7, 2025 at 9:30 am at 4067 Saint Louis Avenue, Saint Louis, MO 63107. Prospective bidders will be required to sign a liability waiver upon arrival. RSVPs to the site walkthrough are strongly encouraged via email to kratkc@stlouis-mo.gov. Additionally, attendees of the pre-bid who plan on entering the structure are encouraged to provide their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
