Summary
The City of St. Louis Port Authority (“Authority”) seeks proposals for security services to patrol the Arch grounds riverfront this summer while cruise boats park overnight. Services may be extended for two (2) additional summers upon mutual agreement. Hereinafter, organizations interested in submitting a proposal in response to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) shall be referred to as “Respondents.”

In order for the Authority to consider proposals, Respondent’s submission must be received by:

Proposals received after this deadline will not be accepted.

The Proposal must be labeled on the outside of the package to clearly indicate that it is in response to the REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR SECURITY SERVICES.

Each Respondent must submit one (1) sealed, complete, original proposal and two (2) sealed, full, complete and exact copies of the original.

Additionally, Respondents must attend the MANDATORY WALKTHROUGH on Thursday, May 9 at 1:00 PM.  Authority staff will meet with Respondents at the intersection of Leonor K Sullivan Blvd. and Poplar St. on the landing.
