MO Heroes Connect
Training Programs & Supportive Services for Missouri’s Military Community
MO HEROES CONNECT is a statewide workforce initiative designed to support Missouri’s veterans, service members, National Guard and Reserve members, and eligible spouses as they pursue training, employment, and career advancement. Through personalized career services, training opportunities, and financial support, the program helps participants overcome employment barriers and build long-term economic stability.
Participants can access occupational training, paid work-based learning opportunities, and supportive services that help remove obstacles to employment—such as transportation or childcare challenges—so they can focus on reaching their professional goals.
