Overview
To start or restore water service with the City of St. Louis Water Division, the following steps must be taken.

Fees
Fees vary by water service type.
If extra work is needed to restore or initiate service that is not covered by the turn-on fee or the Service Line Insurance Program (if applicable) it will be the owner’s responsibility.
What to Expect
The Water Division will review your application and respond with further steps to complete your service connection.
