Project Overview

Lindell Boulevard is an important minor arterial road that transports people and goods between important cultural areas such as Downtown St. Louis, Grand Center, and Forest Park and universities such as Saint Louis University and Washington University in St. Louis.

The study corridor is located on Lindell Boulevard from Kingshighway Boulevard to Vandeventer Ave and from York Avenue between Lindell Boulevard and Maryland Plaza.

Study Objectives

  • Vehicle speeding and crash investigation
  • Roadway condition and other traffic-related issue assessment 
  • Traffic calming strategy development
  • Overall cooridor enhancement developement
