Lambert Airport took one on the chin when it was struck by a tornado the night of Friday, April 22, 2011. But this photo of Old Glory, still flying high over the Tower at Lambert, despite its flagpole being tilted by the F-4 tornadic winds, exemplifies the Spirit of St. Louis embodied at Lambert.
