Kim Vanden Berg

Kim Vanden Berg joined CEMA as its Public Information Officer in June 2024. She has served the City of St. Louis for more than eight years as a Public Information Officer and PIO Supervisor at the City of St. Louis Department of Health before joining CEMA. During her time at the health department, Kim helped convey messaging to stakeholders and the public during the COVID-19 public health emergency.

Prior to her work in public service, Kim was a broadcast journalist throughout the Midwest, serving as a producer, web producer, photographer, and editor. 

Kim earned her Bachelor's degree in Radio/Television through Southern Illinois University-Carbondale.
