Overview
To report work in a City Historic District or to a City Landmark that you think might be done without an approved permit or is not in accordance with the Standards.
Instructions
- Collect the address of the property, or a specific location and a description of the work being done.
- Click the Begin Online link below and fill out the CSB request.

What to Expect
The Cultural Resources Office will inspect the site within 1 business day after receiving the complaint.
It will respond to the Citizens Service Bureau with an initial determination within 2 business days.
