The City of St. Louis, by and through the Department of Personnel, is soliciting bids for City’s fully insured medical plans. The City of St. Louis’ contract is administered by the Department of Personnel, Health and Welfare Section, for the City of St. Louis.  This request for proposal seeks a vendor to provide a fully insured quote for medical coverage. Currently the City medical plans include vision exam coverage materials coverage.
