Get Help Using Auth0 on the City Website
Help for city residents who use Auth0 to access services on the city website
Overview
The City uses a third-party service called Auth0 Universal Login to allow people to sign into the City website to use some services for which a login is required. Currently, these services include:
- ClearlyEnergy platform for commercial buildings
- Healthy Home Repair application
- Oracle Careers
- my.stlouis-mo.gov
With Auth0, you can sign in with a username and password, use a passkey, or use your Google, LinkedIn, or Microsoft account (social accounts) to authenticate you.
When you use a social account for authentication, Auth0 receives your name, email address, profile picture and preferred language from that account. We do not receive any other information about you, nor does the City or Auth0 gain access to your account.
