Due to the incredible amount of applications received for the St. Louis Emergency Rental Program, applications for the program will close on Monday, December 16, 2024 at 8 a.m.

Because the program closes soon, please urge anyone you have knowledge of who is in need of assistance to take action now and submit their application and all of the required documentation. This will ensure they have an opportunity to be considered for a one time payment of delinquent rent, if they are determined eligible.

The program is designed to assist low income residents and those facing eviction. Funding is limited.
