You can report positive COVID-19 at-home test results through the Department of Health's COVID-19 hotline by calling 314-657-1499, or via makemytestcount.org.

Testing in the City of St. Louis is being provided largely by Federally Qualified Health Centers and through the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.

Federal Communications Commission (FCC)
The Affordable Connectivity Program replaced the Emergency Broadband Benefit on December 31, 2021. Learn more about the Affordable Connectivity Program by visiting fcc.gov/ACP.

AT&T (Internet/Phone)
AT&T offers internet access for qualifying limited income households at $10 a month or less through our Access from AT&T program.

Spectrum (Cable/Internet/Phone)
The Affordable Connectivity Program covers up to $30 per month toward Internet service for eligible individuals. Visit the Spectrum Support-Affordable Connectivity Program website to check eligibility.

Home Delivered Meals

Meals for the elderly and disabled are delivered to the home or provided at the senior centers. A three-meal emergency pack is provided to all meal clients. These meals are used in the event of an emergency or if inclement weather prevents daily meal delivery.
