Need for Services:
As a responsible entity, the CDA is tasked with conducting Environmental Reviews for projects funded by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  In accordance with HUD, the CDA is requesting sealed, written proposals for technical assistance from qualified professional services providers that have demonstrated experience with preparing Environmental Review Records (ERR), Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), and Environmental Remediation to document Compliance with HUD and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Environmental Standards as specified at 24 CFR 58.5(i)(2), EPA Risk Based Corrective Action (RBCA) Tier 1 Risk Assessments (RAs).
