Summary
This NOFA announces the availability of funding from the City of St. Louis Community Development Administration (CDA) to facilitate the site-specific rehabilitation of residential properties owned by the City, located in close proximity to transit and amenities near the Dr. Martin Luther King Drive demonstration area. This NOFA only applies to those properties described herein.

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, through a competitive application process, awarded the City of St. Louis a Pathways to Removing Obstacles to Housing (PRO Housing) grant. PRO Housing grants empower communities that are actively taking steps to remove barriers to affordable housing and seek to increase housing production and lower housing costs over the long term. CDA administers this program for the City in an effort to expand the supply of quality affordable housing and to stabilize City neighborhoods
through the remediation of blighted areas.


PUBLIC COMMENTS
CDA posted its draft PRO Housing NOFA to solicit public comments. Written comments or suggestions should be addressed to CDA, 1520 Market St., Ste. 2000, St. Louis, MO 63103, or via email at CDA@stlouis-mo.gov. Written comments will be accepted until March 10, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
