Summary
This DRAFT NOFA announces the availability of funding from the City of St. Louis Community Development Administration (CDA) to facilitate the new construction or rehabilitation of permanent supportive housing, and provision of supportive services. This NOFA only applies to developments located within the City of St. Louis. Bonus points will be awarded for developing CDA-assisted and Land Reutilization Authority (LRA) owned properties, see Section IX. B. for details.

The City of St. Louis received a HOME- American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) allocation, which is administered by HUD as part of its COVID-19 response initiatives. HOME-ARP funds must serve one or more of the qualifying populations described in Section V. A. CDA is administering this program for the City of St. Louis in an effort to expand the supply of quality, safe and accessible permanent supportive housing.
