DRAFT 2024 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER)

The City of St. Louis - Community Development Administration (CDA) is soliciting comments on its draft 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). The CAPER is a comprehensive review of housing and community development activities undertaken in 2024 by the City of St. Louis. It is part of the Consolidated Planning process, which is a prerequisite to receiving funding allocations from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the following programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships, Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPwA).

CDA Public Hearing for Draft 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance And Evaluation Report (CAPER)

Public Hearings Notice/Public Comment Period:
CDA will conduct a hybrid virtual/in-person public hearings on Wednesday, March 26, 2024, at 1:00 PM.  The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public comments on the 2024 CAPER before its submission to HUD.
