2023 Substantial Amendment
In accordance with Title 24 Section 91.505 of the Code of Federal Regulations, the City of St. Louis has substantially amended its 2020 - 2024 Consolidated Plan and 2022 Annual Action Plan to reprogram Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding allocated and unspent in previous funding years in the amount of $4,996,484.10

The Community Development Administration (CDA) will publish Funding Recommendations for the 2024 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) priorities/activities on Friday, October 6, 2023, to solicit public comments.
Public Comment Period/Written Comments:
The public comment period will begin on October 6, 2023. The views of citizens, public agencies, and other interested parties are strongly encouraged. Written comments or suggestions should be addressed to Community Development Administration, 1520 Market Street, Suite 2000, St. Louis, MO 63102 or via email at CDBG@stlouis-mo.gov.
Written comments will be accepted until November 27, 2023, at 5:00 p.m.
