DRAFT 2023 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER)

The City of St. Louis - Community Development Administration (CDA) is soliciting comments on its draft 2023 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). The CAPER is a comprehensive review of housing and community development activities undertaken in 2023 by the City of St. Louis. It is part of the Consolidated Planning process, which is a prerequisite to receiving funding allocations from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the following programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships, Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPwA).

Public Hearings Notice/Public Comment Period
CDA will conduct a hybrid virtual/in-person public hearing on Friday, March 28, 2024, at 11:00 AM.  The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public comments on the 2023 CAPER before its submission to HUD.
