Stajah Curry is a mother, teacher, and artist. Art is her therapy, and her goal is to touch as many minds as possible through her work. She holds a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and illustration from The Art Institute of St. Louis and has been an art instructor at local schools and non-profit institutions. She currently teaches art and theater at Kairos Academies and previously was an art teacher for St. Louis Public Schools and for Unleashing Potential. As a teen, she served as an apprentice at St. Louis Artworks, where she later became a teaching artist. Stajah works to expand her skills and hone her practice so she can create systems and structures that better meet the needs of underserved people.
