Summary
NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED, The Board of Aldermen will review the Surveillance Use Plan, evaluating its cost-effectiveness, the effectiveness of the proposed technology, its safeguards for civil liberties and civil rights, the provision of public comment opportunities for community members, and its compliance with Ordinance Number 71842.
