Summary

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to document in our official agenda the horrible and secret experiments done to citizens of St. Louis as well as to call upon the Missouri Department of Natural Resources to do what they can in order to help educate the populace and to rectify the harm done.
