NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize the many accomplishments and achievements of African-American Lorenzo D. Savage, Sr. and the recognition of his work by the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis, Inc. during Black History Month 2023.
